A large indoor square, a creative factory, the space at Viale Toscana 31 is part of the redevelopment plan for cultural and social areas supported by the Municipality of Milan.
One thousand square meters that Santeria S.p.A. has transformed into the grand scale of the first and historic location at Via Paladini 8: a large bar with a kitchen, an impressive theater, a shop, a training room, a meeting room, and an artist’s studio.
All of this is located in front of the upcoming Bocconi campus, near the Vettabbia park, and next to the former Porta Romana railway yard, which faces important urban projects (Fondazione Prada, Fondazione Filarete, Pompeo Leoni Center, IED).
Santeria Toscana 31 is a unique model of entertainment, business, and work, with high production, cultural, and recreational goals for the entire city.

NAO UAO, in collaboration with Swamp Booking, is proud to present the return of Xiu Xiu to Milan. On February 12, 2025, at Santeria Toscana 31, they will perform live, showcasing their new album, “13” Frank Beltrame Italian Stiletto with Bison Horn Grips, released on September 27, 2024, via Polyvinyl.
Over the past two decades, Xiu Xiu’s prolific and influential output—spanning 17 LPs—has consistently dazzled both fans and critics alike. Their work has been praised by publications such as The New Yorker, The Wire, Rolling Stone, The Guardian, and NME, while their relentless touring has taken them everywhere—from off-the-beaten-path locations like Kazakhstan and Lebanon to institutional landmarks like the Guggenheim and the Centre Pompidou.
In their new album, “13” Frank Beltrame Italian Stiletto with Bison Horn Grips, Angela Seo, David Kendrick, and Jamie Stewart deliver some of their most captivating and hypnotic work to date. Mixed by John Congleton (Chelsea Wolfe, Swans, Lana Del Rey), this LP stands apart from anything the band has previously recorded. It was driven by a radical aesthetic reinvention and shaped by their recent move from Los Angeles to Berlin.
The album announcement comes alongside an extensive world tour and the release of the mesmerizing single Common Loon, featuring piercing guitars, anthemic arrangements, and the haunting, confessional vocals that define Jamie Stewart’s signature style.

Francesco Di Bella (Naples, born in 1972) began his artistic career in the early ‘90s by founding 24 Grana, a pioneering band in the italian alternative rock scene, where he served as frontman and main songwriter. In 1996, the group signed a record deal with La Canzonetta Record, and shortly after, their album “Loop” garnered critical praise for its fresh fusion of dub, trip-hop, and poetic lyrics with strong social messages. Their live performances were electric and engaging, leading them to conquer national and international festivals, performing in France, Spain, Slovenia, England, and Japan, and sharing the stage with iconic bands such as Afterhours, Verdena, and Marlene Kuntz. With 24 Grana, “‘O Cardillo” wrote and recorded eight albums, including two live records, while simultaneously collaborating with key artists from his hometown, such as Bisca, 99 Posse, Almamegretta, as well as artists like Marina Rei and Riccardo Sinigallia. His “alternative” artistic journey took a new turn in 2014 with his first solo album, “Ballads Café”, a collection of songs from his band years, reinterpreted in an intimate, singer-songwriter style, where lyrics take center stage. In 2016, his album “Nuova Gianturco”, produced by Daniele Sinigallia, firmly established him among italian singer-songwriters. The ten tracks in the album portray his city with a post-industrial feel, turning its back to the sea in a raw, urban journey—an album with a pop soul but deep underground roots, featuring the single “Tre Nummerielle”, which won the Premio Lunezia. In 2017, he participated in Epica Etica Etnica Pathos, a theatrical performance by former CSI members. Since 2016, Francesco has been leading songwriting workshops for young artists, culminating in “Impara a Nuotare”, a songwriting and music production lab launched in Rome in 2017 with Filippo Gatti, Riccardo Sinigallia, Francesco Motta, and Francesco Bianconi. At the end of 2018, he released his new album of original songs, “‘O Diavolo”, followed by an extensive tour. On June 5, 2020, he released “Uno vicino a n’ato”, co-written with Dario Sansone from Foja. At the end of 2020, he published a 24 Grana best-of vinyl album—including an unreleased duet with Clementino—and embarked on a club tour in December. During the summer of 2020, he continued touring with his acoustic project “Ballads”. In April 2021, Setak invited him to collaborate on the single “Coramare”, featuring Di Bella’s vocals alongside Fabrizio Bosso’s trumpet. In April 2022, he released “Play With Me“, an album revisiting his career through acoustic rearrangements of his most significant songs, each featuring one or more guest artists. On December 18, 2024, he released “Che ‘a fa?”, a new song featuring Alice (Thru Collected), followed by “Menamme ‘e mmane” on January 15, 2025, as a preview of his upcoming album “Acqua Santa”, released on January 31, 2025.

Anna Castiglia is finally ready: “MI PIACE”, her debut album, is out now.
The record moves between moments of lightness and depth, touching on themes of nostalgia, past relationships, and subtle critiques of institutional and societal narrow-mindedness. Musically, it blends pop and R&B with samba, swing, and gypsy influences, creating a rich and diverse sonic landscape.
“More than an album, conceptually, it can be seen as a collection or, even better, a playlist, because there’s no overarching concept—just the varied coexistence of distant and diverse songs, both in genre (ranging from Latin to pop to singer-songwriter styles) and in the period they were written. Some date back five years, others just months before production,” says Anna Castiglia. “It may seem chaotic, but it’s more like a genealogical tree that fully introduces me to the audience, with all the musical, stylistic, and conceptual branches I’ve explored so far.”
Let yourself be enchanted by Anna Castiglia’s unique artistry on March 13, 2025, at Santeria Toscana 31 in Milan.

The proudly independent irish singer-songwriter and producer is coming to Italy for her first-ever headlining show, set to take place on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at Santeria Toscana 31 in Milan.
In her latest album, “Everybody Needs A Hero”, released on October 4, the irish artist and producer is bolder, more unapologetic, and more self-assured than ever.
She started writing songs at 14, sharing them on her YouTube channel, “Secret Demo Club”, allowing fans to experience her musical evolution in real-time. From the softer, singer-songwriter pop moments of her early EPs to the alternative influences that shaped “Why Am I Like This?” and “Freckle Season”, it was her debut album, “Woman On The Internet”, that marked her breakthrough.
With multiple sold-out headline tours across the UK, Ireland, and beyond, as well as career-defining performances at Glastonbury and Latitude, Orla Gartland has seen her career steadily rise. Earning praise from some of her biggest inspirations, including Regina Spektor and Imogen Heap, she has continued to carve her own path.
After an exciting chapter with her band FIZZ—formed alongside dodie, Martin Luke Brown, and Greta Isaac—her return to solo work and the release of “Everybody Needs A Hero” on her own label, New Friends, marks yet another thrilling milestone in the journey of this proudly independent artist.

Galliano is an iconic band in the acid jazz scene and the first group to sign with the pioneering label Talkin’ Loud. Formed in 1988 around acid house DJ Rob Gallagher, the band developed a laid-back, soulful jazz style, with a strong emphasis on live performances and environmental themes.
In its early years, Galliano took shape as an open collective, with Gallagher on raps and turntables, the warm vocals of Valerie Étienne (also known as Auntie Val), bassist Ernie McKone, drummer Crispin Taylor, and many other collaborators. Success came in 1994 with “The Plot Thickens”, an album that reached number eight on the UK charts.
After a 25-year hiatus, Galliano returned to the scene in the summer of 2024 with the new album “Halfway Somewhere”, which brings their classic and unmistakable style into the present. Valerie Étienne’s sublime voice weaves together with Rob Gallagher’s witty observations, filled with cultural references and memories from the early days of the UK club scene. These two charismatic artists lead Galliano’s new live show, an energetic and captivating experience.

Do you still picture him dressed in 1960s fashion, proclaiming himself just a soulman? That’s understandable, considering how this great lover of african american music managed to make all of France vibrate, keeping the timeless magic of Stax, Motown, and similar sounds alive. But that was more than ten years ago. And while Ben will always be proud of that dazzling beginning, he has never wanted to stick to a single formula. His passion for voices, melodies, and captivating grooves has guided his inspired voice on a path entirely his own.
His second album with the brilliant Californian band Monophonics represents a bold tribute to Sinatra and, above all, his natural desire to expand his horizons.
Rich in R&B, hip-hop, and jazz influences, “Addicted To You” opened a new chapter in 2020, also marked by more intimate songwriting. Now, it’s time for him to take full control of his artistic production, and his next chapter will be written on his own label, Enchanté. It begins with a fruitful Jamaican exploration in the album “Red Mango”, a brilliant dive into the deep connections between soul and reggae. Moreover, supported in the studio and on stage by loyal collaborators, Ben continues to refine new compositions and lends his talent to other artists (such as Linda Lee Hopkins) who share his passion for creating music that connects souls.
Without a bow tie or labels, Ben continues to give voice to deep emotions, remaining an integral part of the soundtrack of our lives—especially with “Is It You?”, his latest album.
Guided by a calmer yet equally intense vocal delivery, Ben delivers his sixth and most personal album to date. Spontaneous, acoustic, and recorded live in the studio, it is the result of a bubble of trust created around his beloved live musicians, with whom he records an album for the first time. Under its questioning title, “Is It You?” explores themes of spirituality, driven not by the desire for answers but by the need to rediscover the magic of this life that connects us all.
Thirteen years after his spectacular debut, Ben continues to forge his own path with his label, revealing a unique way of blending raw, heartfelt R&B with the soul-stirring depth of divine soul music.

Patrick Wolf announces the new album “Crying The Neck”, set for release on April 25, preceded by the single “Dies Irae”, via APPORT / Virgin Music, along with an international tour.
The artist will perform in Milan on Saturday, May 31, 2025 – Milan, Santeria Toscana 31. The tickets for the concert will be available from 11:00 AM on Friday, February 7, on official ticketing platforms. More info and tickets at virusconcerti.com.
After facing addiction, crisis, bankruptcy, recovery, and survival, Patrick Wolf returned to music in 2023 with “The Night Safari”, his first work after ten years lost due to creative block and personal turmoil. Now, with his seventh studio album, “Crying The Neck”, the forty-one-year-old artist has created a hopeful and confident record, inspired by the transformative power of grief following his mother’s death, rehabilitation, local folklore, and the landscapes of East Kent.
The album features Zola Jesus, Serafina Steer, drummer Seb Rochford, and Wolf’s sister, Jo Apps. Alongside the announcement of a major tour across the UK, Europe, and the United States, Wolf has shared the first single, “Dies Irae”, an anthemic “affirmation of life” set in the days before his mother’s passing.
“Crying The Neck”, his first new album in thirteen years and the first of four planned records, was written and recorded in the coastal town of Ramsgate, Kent, where Wolf now calls home. There, in his quiet garden studio, he managed to rediscover his voice. During a period of rebuilding, “Crying The Neck” was entirely written, composed, produced, and arranged by Wolf himself, with Brendan Cox as co-producer and engineer over the last three years, helping to complete an album that had been in the making for a decade. The complexity of the nation, the self, and the grief that “Crying The Neck” embraces is summed up by a recording of writer Vita Sackville-West reading the verse “faith, doubt, perplexity, grief, hope, despair”, from her poem “The Land”. “The quote is important because it signifies acceptance and recognition,” says Wolf.
The album ends on the Foreland Peninsula, looking out over the North Sea, contemplating the fleeting nature of life, but also progress. “I wanted an experienced song at the end, a preparation for the transition to a more urgent mortality,” explains Patrick Wolf. “I feel that I have a certain amount of time left to do the work I want to do and a certain amount of time not to work properly and just live.”

That same year, SYML released The Day My Father Died, an introspective journey exploring abandonment, love, and loss, reflecting on how relationships shape us as individuals. The album was a major success, driven by the hit single You and I, which has surpassed 46 million streams on Spotify.
This album was at the heart of his last world tour, Phases Tour, which captivated millions of fans. Now, all eyes are on his upcoming album, Nobody Lives Here, set for release on April 4, 2025. This record delves into the passage of time, the fear of aging, and the valuable lessons only time can teach.

A 25 anni dalla prima puntata, Massimo Coppola porta sui palchi dei club italiani new:brand:new, una versione dal vivo del programma icona degli Anni Zero, un monologo costruito come una puntata di allora all’interno di una scena che riproduce l’inconfondibile studio.

With over two billion streams, Brian Fennell, known as SYML — which means “simple” in Welsh — creates music that taps into the instincts that drive us toward places of refuge, whether physical or emotional.
Born and raised in Seattle, Fennell studied piano and became a self-taught producer, programmer, and guitarist. In 2019, he released his self-titled debut album, featuring the Platinum-certified single Where’s My Love and the song Girl, followed by the DIM EP in 2021.
SYML then embarked on a sold-out headline tour for his live album, Sacred Spaces, performing in stunning churches worldwide.
