Sixpence None The Richer, the iconic American alternative rock band with over three decades of history, is coming to Europe for the first time with their First Proper EU/UK Tour 2026. The tour will feature a single date in Italy on Friday, October 23, 2026, at the Santeria Toscana 31 venue in Milan. Tickets will go on sale through Ticketone starting at 10 am on Friday, December 19.

Sixpence None The Richer are renowned for their distinctive blend of indie rock and introspective songwriting, characterized by a full, enveloping sound anchored by Leigh Nash’s unmistakable voice and Matt Slocum’s intricate guitar work. Their live performances consistently captivate and engage audiences. Formed in 1992 in New Braunfels, Texas, Nash and Slocum have built a discography that includes numerous albums and their recently released EP, Rosemary Hill, which marks the band’s original reunion. They are perhaps best known for hit singles like “Kiss Me” — which reached No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and has over a billion streams on Spotify — as well as “There She Goes,” “Breathe Your Name,” and “Don’t Dream It’s Over.”

The band has received two Grammy nominations, multiple Dove Awards, and accolades such as Top Soundtrack Single at the Billboard Music Awards and Best Song at the Young Hollywood Awards. Their cover of “There She Goes” by The La’s was named Top Song at the BMI Pop Awards in 2001.

Having reunited in 2023 with the original lineup, Sixpence None The Richer embarked on an extensive anniversary tour across the United States. In April, they released their first official live album, Live at Gruene Hall, recorded during a sold-out concert at the historic Texas venue in 2024. This album captures the energy of their live performance and features the first-ever public release of a live version of “Kiss Me.” Returning to the stage for the first time since 2013, lead singer Leigh Nash expressed her excitement, saying, “I want to get back on stage with all our energy.”
